I posted kitchens a while ago and said I would post eat-in kitchens. So, here you are. Some of my favorites.
1. This is one of my all-time favorites!!! I just love it! For how much I love this look, I never do anything that looks like it. Doesn't it just look like they have kids in the house? So fun.
2. Isn't this cute? The wine cubbies are neat.
3. Pretty amazing place. I LOVE the rugs.
Some day maybe I will plunk down the money for one.
4. Simple. I think this place looks like it is out in the country on some huge piece of land, with orchards and maybe a dairy cow.
5. Great ceiling and lights.
6. Whites. Even though it looks neat, I can't imagine having kids here.
7. Small kitchen, but who cares when it looks like this.
8. Not positive this is an eat-in kitchen, but thought looks like it could be.
9. Pretty amazing. I have a feeling this isn't the midwest.
10. Bright, Clean and Modern.
11. Fun...I have to say I'm pretty in love with the light.
12. Such a cute house.
13. LOVE! Also, look at the great windows we are looking through!
14. Loving the fireplace, the light, the wood panelling going up the wall and on the ceiling.
15. Amazing appliances and neat floor.
16. Again, LOVE LOVE the windows.

19. So home-y...aren't all the light fixtures so great? And another great rug!

27. Cozy. I love how you can see the fireplace and the beams in the ceiling go the whole way.

clearly, i have fallen behind on your blog!!! I was trying to figure out which pictures were my favorite and just decided i liked them all!!!
so, i have a request...would you like to do a post on small bathrooms? i want to redo the bathroom here but it's small and i need some inspiration in very limited spaces!

you should take pictures of your house too, because its so cute and your always changing it up! i want you to come to nashville with me when i movee and just decorate the whole place. you are so great at it! that is serioulsy one thing i am NOT gifted in .. i am terrible at it! it makes me anxious hahaha.
I think this is my favorite design post to date!! Seriously, I think the kitchen is my favorite room in a house! My favorite was the one where the large table was in the middle of the kitchen...I think it was kind of a navy color scheme. I just thought, if I ever built a house, THAT is how I want my kitchen!

Any idea where the lights in #28 are from? I am in serious need of a dining room light (as in, we currently are staring at a bare bulb) and I can NOT find anything I like. But I think I like those. Do you think just one hanging over a dining room table would look good?

Alissa, I don't know where the light is from. I don't know if you ever try Shades of Light, or Ballard Design, Home Decorator, or KBL Design? I am with you on lights, I have a hard time finding the exact thing I want, so I go years with nothing, or something that came with the house.
Sunita, Kitchen #4 totally looks like you!! I should try Overstock. I never have done any shopping there, because I am very lazy when it comes to shopping. i hate having to look for something i love...that's in my price range. haha.
